About Us
Rutgers Women in Business (RWiB) is a club that encourages and supports the professional and personal development of the female MBA candidates through networking and socializing opportunities with fellow Rutgers students, alumni, faculty, administrators and women in the outside business community.
Goals
- Develop RWiB and its programs, speakers and services.
- Provide inspiring women role models for current students.
- Provide opportunities for development of leadership skills.
- Enrich the Rutgers experience for all MBA women.
